ASSEMBLEE app for iPhone and iPad

Assemblees main objectives are to make meetings better and more efficient. We want to help you save time, be flexible and avoid distractions while maximizing interaction and involvement.

Simply put, our aim is to make Assemblee the definitive meeting app for the iPad. This first version is meant to help us start a dialog with you the user and is entirely free. We need your feedback because, quite frankly, it seems everyone does meetings differently.

We would love to hear from you about desired features, usability issues or anything else you would like to share with us.

FEATURES:

★ WORKS ON YOUR WIFI NETWORK
After installing Assemblee on your iPad, all you need is to share a wifi connection and go!

★ SPEAKER / ATTENDEE ROLES
The speaker creates the meeting, makes it available for attendees to join, indicates which topic is active, initiates votes, gives the floor to attendees to ask questions and publishes a report email at the end.

★ AGENDA / ORDER OF BUSINESS
A hierarchical topic list that is still fully editable during meeting.

★ INTEREST INDICATOR
Attendees can anonymously indicate their interest for an active topic of which the speaker gets instant feedback.

★ TIMER
A countdown timer is used to keep the meeting moving along, according to schedule.

★ VOTING
The speaker can prepare votes on creation or during the meeting. Votes are fully editable. The anonymous voting mechanism presents results to all when votes are completed.

★ QUESTIONS
Attendees can ask questions, edit or cancel them at any time during the meeting. The speaker gives the floor to the person asking the question.

★ PUBLIC OR PRIVATE MEETINGS
Meetings can be set to either public (for everyone with access to the wifi network) or to private (speaker must approve join requests).

★ REPORT
A complete and fully editable report can be generated at the end of the meeting with meeting information, attendee list, original topic list and complete timeline (including discussed topics, votes and questions).

★ PREFERENCES
The preference pane allows you to: set the interest indicator tone (informal vs. formal), show and hide the help layer, reuse or delete the user info and data and access previous meeting reports.
